anyone powdercoating Valkyrie wheels?
if Yes,do u recommend to sandblasting first

I just took mine to the Powder Coater and let him do his thing.   Have no idea what he did for preparation.

I've had two sets of Valk wheels powdercoated.
I'd recommend (like RJ said "let him do his thing") powdercoating either in color or clear powdercoating after polishing the wheels.

Local powdercoater told me $120 for both wheels, sandblasted and coated in any of my choice of about 50 something colors.

I got my wheels powder coated a few years ago and I did what the other guys did.  Just dropped them off and let them do their thing.  They have held up beautifully.  No chipping, scratches or anything.  resists brake dust adhesion as well.
