My friend from work has a 98 1500 GoldWing SE, and a few of weeks ago we swapped bikes on the way home. (I Have a Valk Interstate) The Wing was very nice and smooth. I wish the Valk had Reverse and Cruise Control. Anyway, From that day on, he had been trying to find a Interstate to buy.
He couldn't find an I/S, but did find and bought a 99 Tourer with 9,700 miles. Very nice Maroon/Cream all stock except for 6x6 cobras. He got it for $6,500.

That bike caught my eye on craigslist this week.  Looked like a good deal.
