Daniel, I was one of the people that was afraid of change, but I think I'm getting the hang of this new board. Thank-you for all that you do for the D/FW VRCC.                  Cool

No plan to change the national boards over yet. But this IS a pilot program to see how  it goes. Take that anyway you like.

I hope things go well. You guys work together to get new folks up to speed on how the board works!

Click on profile, then on the left, "Forum Profile Information".  Use the option to Upload your own, so it will size it correctly.  Select "I will Upload my own....".  Then browse your computer for the right picture, and click "change profile" at the bottom.  The board will do the rest.

Scott, since we don't pay any dues, why do we have to get the O.K. from the VRCC members to change to this type of software? A few people will grumble about it at first, but I think the majority of the members will come to like it as we have. Just tell everyone that we are going to change on a certain date and make the change. I actually think that since we made the change on the Texas board, our message traffic has increased. Just take a look at our old message board and see how much spam is on there. We should have done this a long time ago. Just my 2 cents.....

Six Guns.

I agree with ya, BUT, like you said, we no pay any dues, so why should Scottie listen to us.

Cause some of those protestors would skin him alive...

Personally, I love this board style mucho better over the old one.

I don't have to go searching for a new post.  Here, they are all at the top.............. Kiss :Smiley Shocked

Like you said, NO SPAM..........

And on here you can make your words move....  Yeah.

Scott, bring Connie over here so that she can see how well the Texas VRCC has taken to the new format, and I'm sure with a little time the folks over on the main board (general and tech) will come to like it as well. As Confucius once said and I quote " A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step".     Wink
