Hey guys, I just picked up used HF 1,000lb lift table for the scooter. I ordered the wheel chock from HF that you all had posted last month using the coupon code. The chock and the lift worked great together. I am not sure it the sears motorcycle/atv jack will work with this configuration for doing the rear wheel/tire  and driveline maintenance. I had been using this floor jack with the adapter mounted to the bike, but with back and leg issues I decided to get up off the floor. Does anyone have any suggestions or can share with me what works for you all.

Thanks in advance.

Something like this works well.

I just bought a table lift today as well.

On my lift table, I use 2 jack stands under the crash guards and a sissor lift under the bike itself.

This is almost identical as what I use, but mine cost $5.

Being the "cheap bohemian" I am I went to the local wrecking yard and bought a car "scissor jack" (thus the $5 expense) came home and welded on some angle iron on top and bottom for better stability.

This has proven to work real well with the lift table.
Once the bike is on the table and strapped down I position the car jack under the kickstand frame and with a 4X4 cut to 4" (4X4X4 cube) I lift the bike up.
I have even backed the bike on the table and used this method to lift the front to change out the forks and trees.

Thanks for the suggestions. This gives me another tool setup to look for.

I did the same thing. I had an old scissor  that I welded some angle iron to and it works perfect for lifting the rear wheel off the ground.

Dang, I'm envious!
That means yours was cheaper!

I have a small screw style bottle jack that was in a datson pickup that is long gone.  fits right under there and I just put it under the center stand cross member.

Carefull that crossmember is not designed to hold substantial weight on a single point like that.  It can be bent and its an expensive fix.  a 2x2 cut the right length to go from the frame tube to the other side frame tube will be all thats needed to raise the entire bike from that one point without hurting anything
