Actually even the SCJ appointment tends to be overrated because Justices that are expected to be conservative often wind up being more liberal while "liberal" justices tend to shift toward the center. The common factor being the Constitution itself.
The founders were friggin' geniuses, we really need to protect what they gave us.

Sadly, the entire eastern seaboard is now powered by green energy... They put magneto's around the graves of the founders, and use the spinning to generate power...

Just heard on fox business news, the Ted issue has been resolved, no further action will be taken. Case closed, except of course for all the "spinners" out there.

I'll bet that Nugent's outlandish comments will get more negative play by the media than anything equally outlandish thqt racist Al Sharpton and the Congressional black caucus say.

We've got a double standard here.

White, black, yellow, red, mocha, brown, etc.; doesn't matter, my friend.
"Stupid is as stupid does, sir."-The Great Gump"
Ted's just never been normal and we excuse him for that, but he's gettin' just a little crazier here and the SS will set him straight.  Either that or the IRS will hammer him until he cries for his mama.
That's how a pissed off Chicago politician evens the score (a la Richard Daley). ???

I’ve stayed away from posting here for some time now (I owe it to you Anvil for showing me how foolish we all can be here. Thank you!) but I can’t help it on this one. So much is being made from nothing. It’s laughable.  Nugent was simply saying he believes Obama will go after guns in his second term (and he WILL) and “if” that happens he (Nugent) will either be dead (presumably from resisting the confiscation of his guns) or in prison (presumably... for having guns after they've been banned.) The "ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November” was clearly a metaphor; the same as "kicking a$$ and taking names.” Clearly this whole thing is being blown WAY out of proportion by the left-wing loon, lame stream media trying to provide cover for Obama. I’ve met Ted on several occasions. He used to stop at a local gas station we hung out at. Nice guy. Down to earth and friendly and he’s always been anti-drugs. I’ve read & seen his views over the years on everything from hunting to guns. Is the guy bombastic and a caustic in his approach? Of course he is (Goodgrief YES!) I don’t necessarily agree with his methodology, but is he CORRECT on his defense of the 2nd Amendment? To quote a GREAT American Patriot, Gov. Sarah Palin; “You betcha!”

One last thing; Anvil, liberal appointees tend to move to the center? Oh man. . .  You STILL can crack me up everytime!

Ok. . . I’m out of the pool and back into the weeds again. Peace~

Look up the voting records and see for yourself. Prove me wrong. Or just do the drive-by argue thing.

Boxer rebellion, the Holy Child. They all pay their rent.
But none together can testify to the rhythm of a road well bent.
Saddles and zip codes, passports and gates, the Jones' keep.
In August the water is trickling, in April it's furious deep.
