  I don't believe I have seen this on the board before but I apologize if it's a repeat. I have to say this is a lot of dog to love! Not a hoax, my wife saw it on one of the cable animal shows too.

My girlfriend's Lab is afraid of little yippie dogs too...they seem to have worse tempers than bigger dogs, that's for sure.

Well, that answers the question of where does a dog that big sleep.  Where ever he wants to.  Wow, he's a monster and I mean that in the kindest way.  Thanks for posting that John. cooldude

Gentle George, quite a unique dog to say the least. 43" at the shoulders and 245lbs.

In comparison our Great Dane, who is a bit larger than normal but by no means this size, is 34" at the shoulder (withers) and 150lbs.
He has his own bed too.  The wife bought him a 4X4 mattress that he sleeps on at the foot of our bed, however as soon as I get up he jumps up on my side of the bed.
Evidently his "sleep number" is 85, like me.
