We hooked up in Sweetwater,Tennessee this morning for a ride across The Cherohala Skyline and The Dragon. ( 7 ) bikes showed up .....( 4 ) Valkyrie's...Dubs,Whiskey,Gordorad and Smokinjoe . Big Al on his Harley, Popcorn on his Beemer and Jack on his Connie. Pretty cool almost border line cold when we rolled out this morning I did'nt kill a single bug all day.First shot The Biker Shed at Tellico Plains.

After rollin' out of Tellico we made a stop at Bald River Falls.

My friend Jack I met Jack when I sold him a Kawasaki ZL900 years ago. Before getting run over by a drunk driver on his bike Jack had a couple drag Harley's he raced.

Gordorad from Missouri ...It was good meeting you  cooldude  He's in The Great State Of Tennessee visiting friends and hooked up with us this morning for the ride.

My bud Big Al we've rode thousands of miles together its always a adventure when Big Al is on the ride  Cool

Whiskey ( DG ) Good ridin' with you again you are welcome to join us anytime but you already know that  Smiley

Popcorn on one of his many bikes he just scored this one from a hott chick in Georgia...Nice bike  cooldude

Going across Cherohala is was not only cold above 5,000 feet but it was foggy as well .We had a nice run at The Dragon and stopped at the over-look . I've said it before I'd like to have a dime for every picture taken here.

After pulling out from the over-look the bolt that holds the kick-stand spring on my bike broke off flush . Thanks everyone for helping me out Big Al got it tied up while I sat on the bike and I made it home.

Below " The Money Shot " taken at Bald River Falls about 7 miles off The Cherohala Skyline. Great  group of riders today I enjoyed the ride and the company  cooldude

Only 2 LEO's made the Dragon more enjoyable, I was having fun, better than usual and carving a line was easy.

Thanks for getting me out of the house for a ride Joe.

Good to see all of you guys and good to meet you Gorderad.

Yeah, seem to be. Smiley Thanks for asking. I got rid of the "wound sucker" a while back thankfully. Had a 6" long, 1/2" wide, probably 3/8" deep hole in my leg when it came off and just had to wait on it to heal up and fill in from the bottom up. It's down to less than half that size now and no longer looks like the "transgender leg" it once did.  2funny

I'm hoping to get back to work a week from Monday and get back on two wheels the same day. Haven't ridden since 2/16/12 the day before the first surgery. Hope I remember how. I'm feeling good enough now that I'm finally getting the spring maintenance on the scooter caught up. New front brake pads today. Changed the brake and clutch fluids today and gave her a bath too.

Almost ready to rock.  cooldude

We go back and forth to the FCR on 28 from South Carolina. That year, the main ride was down 28
to South Carolina. Me and Carolyn went with a splinter group over the Cherohala...
