Home invasion in my town! Family tied up and $10,000 in cash and merchandise taken.
Well, we're protected by alarm w/ central station, and Smith & Wesson.......and I will stand my ground. (maybe I should get this thing registered)

Registration is the first step to confiscation.

Very disconcerting when it happens close to home. Sorry to hear this, Gary, trust your instincts.

Not a good Idea to register anything in New York, especially a gun. Not required where I live, but I wouldn't if it was. hoser

IMHO, if wherever you life requires you to "register" your guns, the correct course of action would be to vote with your feet and move to a free state...

Born and raised in NYS. Moved to AZ when I was 23 in '71. Wouldn't live in a state where I had to register a gun in my own home.
