Talking about the colored lights some people put under the tank, seat, etc.
I know there are various brands and configurations, but, generally speaking
do they draw enough juice to drain your battery if you left them on during
an event lasting 4-5 hours? I have 4 strips on my Valk, 12 lights each, but
I've not had them long enough to "accidentally" leave them on. I wouldn't
think LED's would draw much current at all. Thanks.

P.S. I have 2 more strips to put on before I post pics. cooldude

They draw very little power. I have a total of 96 LEDs on mine and have left them on in the parking lot for several hours with no problems.

A little math will go a long way:

It's not unusual for one LED to draw 10 milliamps.
So 100 of them draws 100 times that: 1,000 milliamps.
Your batter has a rating of 14,000 (milliamp-hours) on a single charge.
So 14,000 divided by 1,000 means that you can run leave them on for about 14 hours until you run your battery down.
To be safe you may want to limit your time to 8 hours on a charge (with a fresh, fully charged battery).

So it pretty much comes down to how much each of your LED's draw from the battery and how many you have.

Hope that helps.

I have 6, 4 LED, ice blue blocks on mine...  On a few occasions (last InZane for example) forgot to turn 'em off before I went to bed...  The beast fired up just fine the next morning  Wink.
