I've used them on several occasions.

Remember to call customer service before ordering anything. Their online catalogs are not updated as often as they should. That way you know right away if the part is in stock and if there are any unlisted discounted items, and you can use your credit card without typing your info into cyberspace.

Also ask for a free t-shirt.

YES. But when they do have it they're good.

I've done several orders with them. They have good service if you call. When the site says in stock it isn't always true. They generally won't ship an order until they have everything in. If you are ordering something you need fast, just be sure not to also order something that is back ordered. As a general rule, I now call on most order regardless of where I'm ordering from.

I have purchased several things from them over the years. One great customer service experience that sticks out in my mind was when they gave me a full refund for my second piece of junk Dyna-Ignition...without a receipt! After having it installed over a year.
They have treated me well cooldude

I bought several pieces of bling for my Magna from there. Was left satisfied, no problems. Shipping was prompt and what I ordered was what I got.

I didn't get no stinking T-shirt though. Sad

I have ordered several things for both the Valk and the Ace... One order did'nt get here within a few days so I called.  the rep told me that the Highway Hawk rear fender rack was on backorder and expected to arrive in 10 days or so and they were waiting for it to arrive. The site said it was in stock at the time of the order.  i told him I wasn't willing to wait for all the other things for that long, so he offered to send everything else now and the rack when it arrived... no additional shipping. sent a couple keychains for my troubles etc.
All in all... I think it is a good company.

In my experience, when things go well (most of the time), they are GREAT. When issues arise they SUCK... BIG TIME. tickedoff Lips Sealed
