Not sure who makes them, but PO told me my bards are 4" wider than stock.  He didn't like them.  I'm a big hairy ape type and I love them.  Between the bars and the back rest, this is the most comfortable bike I've ever had and that includes two Wings.

When I was doing my search, I was looking at these drag style bars with integral risers, in order to get the forward-flat hand position. Remember, Honda risers are 100mm (4") center to center, not the 3.5" of HD and Kawasaki.  Milwaukee Twin Big radius and Wild Chubby.

Or a bent drag bar with really tall/pullback risers.
