The worst problem was, was the rider had his left turn signal flashing and he had no intentions of turning.

Had they of come together, I'm afraid I would have had to go with the cage as having the right of way.

A couple of things to remember folks, if someone is fixing to turn left in front of ya, get off the throttle and check that firkin little blinking yellow light.  Yeah, yeah, I know, Honda should of put self canceling turn signals.      Way back when I started riding, self canceling weren't really though about then.

Also, those damn modulators, most people that means come on, I'll give ya the right of way.

Best thing is get the brightest lights on the front and leave them on along with your high beams.

Play it safe people, it is not always the fault of the cage, even though you'd like people to believe it was the cages fault.   To get the cages attention, is to point your lights at them and then straighten up in your track and stay there, at a reduced speed.

Yes, I'm well aware that some people don't see us, and turn and go.    The door pillar anymore is extremely large.   I know on my Dakota, I have to look around it.   Then you got those cool drivers who have the seat back almost laying on the floor and they can't see over the hood, and then not to forget the blue haired old ladies who forgot to bring their pillow to set on.

I'll get off my soap box now.    Thanks for listening.
