Yes he sure did. Figure he's still a young soldier, full of reverence, honored to be chosen for that position and taking it seriously, yet as much as he understands he's still subjected to idiots and must deal with them in his most professional way, rather than bitch-slap them as he probably would as if he was off duty.
I have to imagine he's been trained for those situations. It's a shame he has even has to.

I know a guy that was a guard at the tomb. It's a life long commitment of honor that he still lives by. I went to see him when I was stationed in Jacksonville  they are very special people keeping the watch over very special but not forgotten people. He still wears his pin.
