On the bright side, see if you can get the doc to sign a form telling FB that he checked, and your head is indeed NOT up there! Good luck!

The prep for that exam is the basis for a quick weight loss diet. Just think how many times a day you eat something; anywhere from three meals to all day snacking. Now, think how many times a day you do #2. If you're in decent health and have regular exercise, then it's usually once a day...sometimes twice. So here's the program; reverse the number of times for those two activities. Guaranteed to lose weight. My loving wife tells me I'd disappear inside of three days.

Mark,
stock up on the TP w/aloe.
I don't do aloe and he's going to have a hard time trying to catch me to put it on. T.P.

Not wishing to be unnecessarily contrary, John, but the advice I've received is that it's not fewer, but more meals per day that's the secret to good weight loss. If we eat five small meals per day, our body tends not to get hungry. It's when the body gets hungry that it goes into reduced metabolism which interferes with weight loss. Obviously, the total intake of those five meals need to be at or below the amount of our normal three or fewer meals.
Mark, good luck. I hope the doctor finds that you are indeed a perfect ass.

Here is my advice and thoughts; 1. sleep on top of the blankets .... when the urge hits the last thing you want to do is wrestle a blanket. 2. keep a book handy because when the urge hits you may be sitting there for a lot longer than you thought. 3. preping for the test is a lot worse than the test. 4. best damn nap I had in years. Best of luck and hope all goes well.

The prep is the hard part. Not sure you can stand to lose 50 pounds however I could, but I got 4 more years before I go back.
