Blue Ridge Parkway trip

I'm very excited to get to go back to this area again.  A couple of us are heading out on Friday the 18th. Leaving from Holt Mo, 30 miles north of Kansas City and we're thinking hit'n the interstate and motor the whole first day.  That should give us another days riding time out in the mountains. Hoping one of our South Carolina buddies will meet us along the way? No reservasions no spacific plan just ride and enjoy the veiw.  Ya never know just who you will meet along the way.  Hope somewhere along the trip see a few more from the VRCC....

If you can, instead on I70, you can always take Hwy 50 to the St. Louis area, then head South.  I just took many great roads...and 70 is muy boring!!
