Don't want to dismiss your experience out of hand, but please consider that it was one experience with one particular employee.  All reports are that Des still gives excellent customer service and that has been my repeated experience.

Give them another chance.  She may have just gotten off the phone with her dying mother.

You're right Willow. . .  I tried to delete the stupid thing and couldn't. So, I "modified" it. Should have people guessing - for the worse I'm thinking. Ultimate was/is a GREAT company and like I said in my original post; I've sent MANY buyers there way. I will continue to do so. . . (Back to the orange color just for you brother)
