Kinda reminds me of an Azalea. Raining here in Va. for two days now. Hope to be able to ride tomorrow. We were touring in the truck today.

I think they are often referred to as rhododendron, but someone told me that they are in the same family, but not rhododendron.
Sure are nice. And as you will discover, the BRP has thousands of these....

Carolyn went past some flame azaleas while horse riding up in DuPont (near Brevard NC) the other day...
Down lower, where we are, the wild azaleas are pink... we had some good ones down at
our creek this year...
