My 98 standard with 48,000 miles is making a strange noise from the front of the engine somewhere.  It sounds a little like a dove when you flush them.  My first bad experience of any type with my Valk.  I found the lower radiator mount that is threaded and appears to need a nut but I found that it is normal, here in the tech section.  Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

This is my first post here and I never mentioned it happens only when you let off the throttle.  It happens at pretty much all rpm's.

As mentioned, it certainly could be defective vacuum lines/caps.. You mentioned the front of the engine, it could also be rubber build-up on the belt tensioners..
