well my wife's BP is under control, as an added bonus my BP has dropped about 20+ points.

cooking without salt is easy for us, we don't use it anyway. it's all the processed stuff we used to cook with that's bad.

will update with a cancer overview when we see the oncologist at the end the month.

When given the opportunity to talk to my school bus riding high school kids about "food" I tell them if they can't pronounce the words on the ingredient label they might need to consider eating the content.

Very rarely we will have a brief moment about things like salt content in crap like Ramen noodles.

I have a great and easy marinade for chicken, it's just italian dressing and a tblspoon of soy, and a pinch of garlic powder. marinate ove night.

now we are making our own version of 'italian dressing', something is missing (probably the salt)  2funny

cooking is fun again, on the road I NEVER cooked.  tickedoff
