Hi Mary, We went to Waverly House in New Waverly via FM 1097 across the lake. Good roads and not too much traffic.

Back atcha 5_19 Beautiful roundy round of about 100 miles with Lori (spousal unit) today. Rode to CROW restaurant in Anna, Tx for delicious buffet of home-made goodies which included hand breaded CFS, fresh catfish filets and fried chicken. Of course there was fresh corn off the cob and mashed potates (with chunks and skin) smothered with gravy. They had home-made pies but by the time I finished my SECOND helping of CFS along with some fresh baked dinner rolls, I was barely able to throw my leg over the seat of my Valk. Hope all you mothers enjoyed the day as much as we did!

Took BJ down to Galveston to our favorite place, The Spot. They have a real good turkey burger and dynamite onion rings. Oh, yea, and a real good view of the seawall and the beach. Hay Jimmyt

Bobby I told you that place had goooood groceries. Sorry to say Denise and I were confined to the truck all day going to my moms for church and lunch afterwards at her house. Then later to her moms house for cake and pie. I ate so much that I'm still full.
