Just looked at a 2003 standard 15000 miles, chrome side covers, hondaline windshield, driver backrest, leather saddlebags and 6 pipe exhaust, I think Hard Chrome $7000.00. Would be in addition to my 1999 Tourer. Going to sleep on it and decide tomorrow. I know what blue book price is but I want some opinions. Oh its black with air brush flames. Thanks

That's a good price I think, especially if they're really HardKrome brand pipes.

Seems to me a little steep in the current market, but it just depends upon how badly you want it.

Yah, but how many hardkrome pipes are around and if you really, really, like them would be hard pressed to find again. 7K would be the very tops though even with such low mileage. Fancier paint job means not much to me and is personal preference really. I would offer 6K and see what they say. You can always go up but once you go up, will not go down. If 6K seems an insult, 6500 would be about right if you ask my opinion for a standard of any kind. 6K for standard, 6500 for tourer and 8 grand tops for an I/S would be what I would give but money is better in my pocket than others.

Interesting opinions. I won't say what the value of any bike is, really depends on how bad the buyer wants that particular bike and how bad the seller wants to sell.
But I will note that, I specifically searched for and purchased a Standard, wanted an 03 but got an 02 with very low miles. Could have had a Tourer or an Interstate, just wasn't what I wanted even if it had been less money.
I realize that value is determined by popularity of the bike. I guess I'm different. For the same money I paid, I could have had a Tourer or an I/S. It wasn't what I wanted.

It seems about right for a 03. You will have the polished wheels, to me is worth about $500 extra. I would say go for it.
