Whatever it is, it's better in the wind.

On a road less traveled.

TimBob,

Congrats, amigo! Now it's time to ride again... or are you able yet? Given any thought to making the HillBilly Highways ride in a few weeks? I'm going, and our bud, Jim Dorman, will most likely be going as well... Why don't you join us? In the meantime, y'all going to the 'V' tonight? If so, I just might let ya buy me a brewski or two... or ten!  lol

Thanks to all...and YES...Bruce...tis the "V" tonight as ALWAYS. the band...i think....is Filthy Wilma. It's a big margarita...then the V.

My hand STILL hasn't fully healed. I have ligament damage...and the ortho Doc said it could take up to a YEAR to heal.....cause as i understand, ligaments....don't get much blood flow? anyway, I've been trying to build up...riding a bit further a little at a time. So far, about the farthest i've ridden...is to work 30 miles one way...and it's usually a bit sore after 30 miles. but it gets a LITTLE bit better...every day. So not sure when longer rides are in my future....but sooner or later.....

So if you see me tonight...and it LOOKS LIKE....my pinky finger is extended kind of straight from my hand...I aint no "aristocrat"....i just can't bend that finger  Cheesy

I'll try to post a pic of the repaired bike here today.............

I'd like to repeat some thanks to a few special folks....like man, those bag rails from 777kingsman are sweet looking on the bike!

The front Cobra fender rail...from Big Mike/Valk Bling....is fantastic!

The Valve cover from Big Mike got the bike back on the road

and thanks to RJ and others...who recommended the awesome replacement spot lights that fit on my Cobra light bar...but look better and look similar to the headlight shell.

The bike looks BETTER than before...thanks to things like these! cooldude

WOW! TimBob,

Sure glad things are workin' out to yer likin'! I guess you'll understand when I say that I'm not plannin' on trashin' my bike just so it can look better than it does now... Lettin' somebody else wash it is about as far as I'm willin' to go...

I suppose you have all the araangements made to pick up yer ride, but if for some reason you don't, give me a call... I'm available.

Speakin' of available, I'm also inclince to imbibe some this evenin', so if'n you and SherryBob ain't got no objections, I may just show up at Raunchie Mexican's fer a burrito or sumthin', then the short ride up to hill to hear ol' Filthy Wilma... BTW do you know if she happens to be married or otherwise encumbered? With a name like that... she just has to be good... or maybe good at bein' bad! See ya in a few for a few...
