Yes I fly r/c planes but nothing near that advanced level

You have to appreciate the time and effort it takes to get that good. But don't forget the sponsors that spend a ton of money to keep him flying like that so they can plug their wares and sell a few in the process.
I go to a fly-in at napoleon (thistledown flyers) for their fall huckfest as they like to call it and some of the guys flying there are not only flying huge planes and heli's but are fully sponsored to do so.
http://www.thistledownflyers.com/The one guy piled in roughly a $7K plane/motor/radio gear plane and his first words were "I better give them (his sponsors) a call and get me a new one of those". There is something said about a guy that can fly like a madman but still brings his toys back home in one piece to fly again tomorrow.
Maybe if I had a flight instructor like this I could fly like a PRO!! Then again I might just crash to get some more lessons
