Trying to get the screw that holds the radiator cap on out , tried several screw drivers and needle nose vice grips but it's not budging , what next, don't want to strip it ?

Have you tried a generous dosing of WD-40. No much holding it in..... Shouldn't be that hard to get out..... but aren't those the things that always are.....  crazy2

+1 on the WD-40, maybe you can replace it with something easier to get out next time you want to remove it. The allen set sounds like a good idea.
