I know some are looking for the infamous Heel Toe shifters, and was wondering if anyone has tried this one for the GL1800 to see if it might work?

Or this one.... looks much like the Kick Shifter I have installed....

During my search, I came close to buying the one you show in the first link and modifying it to fit the Valk. Undecided
Meanwhile I ran into the "correct" one. Wink

I would think there is a good chance that with some ingenuity and the right tools,
someone out there has made it work. Lips Sealed

MODIFIED: At first, I did not see your second link. It sounds like you've done it already!  cooldude

Neither one it looks like would fit without some severe modifications.

You do realize with ingenuity and a welder you can make anything fit.

I agree..... throw enough money at something and it can be whatever you want it to be...    Wink

I haven't investigated a heel/toe shifter, but would one for a 1500 Gold Wing work on our Valks?

I have one on my Shadow 1100 ACE and hate the durn thing. Maybe my feet are too big.
I scrambled the gears once and made a modification the instant I got home.
