Moses Lake, Wa

« on: May 26, 2012, 09:27:12 PM »

Aside from 50 mph winds yesterday and 30 mph today, I had a sweet couple of days. There was (is) a rally put on by Clean and Sober bikers which has apparently been happening for many years. I was told about it by a Valk rider I ran down while visiting the VA hospital a month or so ago. Anyway I rode down yesterday and talked with many a cool fella and oggled some sweet rides. Yes, there were Harley's galore..but BMW's , Suzuki's, Yamaha's, Kawasaki's,,,,,,,,and VALK's along with many goldwings, trikes, etc. Then today I got my neighbor (Chiko) to bring his valk and we went down to enjoy the day.
As we were gearing up to leave I got a Call from Blackrams and we bs'd a bit..that was so cool to talk with him. He did give me a hard time about living in Moses Lake and not having a belly tank. Didn't have the heart to tell him I lived less than 2 miles from Roger and I see him often.
Again, we headed down and enjoyed the day.. got a few pics..
Stanley Steemer would have been proud, 3 Green and Silver Interstates, one black one and one white one , one purple and white std and mine and chiko's black std's. Two of them were out riding when I took the pics..but I got in 600 miles of smiles in these two days.

OOOPS, I just found out that the slideshow posted goes through a ton of other  pics from other rides. I'll have to re-arrange things and repost...sorry
