Million Dollar Harley?

Since we are posting about HD's today this sparked my memory to bring up to you guys. I guy I talked to in Indy after the race says he has a WWII? issued HD with side car, tommy gun mount, blah blah blah. It was his grandfathers bike. Barely any miles. He said he call HD and they offered him $3 mill for it.  He said a guy from Britian is flying over to look at it this week and might giver him a bit more for it. Is this possible? The guys a good guy and I believe he might have the bike but at that price?

several years ago i heard a story about a guy in the chicago area that went to a garage sale that some widow was having and in the back of the garage a guy saw a HD covered with a blanket, asked the lady about it and she said her husband got it for free (or something like that) and he offered to buy it and got it for a steal, when he checked out the VIN # with harley they said it was the one missing bike in elvis presley's 20 harley collection and that a collector would be interested in it.....  if i don't recall, he sold the bike for $3 million.  if it's a true story i don't know..... heard it about 8 years ago...
