What I want to know is; if the SC finds that Nationalized Romneycare isn't unconstitutional will everyone crying about it just STFU? Somehow I doubt it.

the states have the right to statewide health care I've not said they can't. if you don't like what your state is doing LEAVE. (like the nearly 900,000 that left Illinois from Jan-Sept 2011 because of a huge tax increase) how ever the wiggling the council for the administration left no doubt there most likely be some part of it struck down.

it's not easy to decode the SC they play it close to the vest.

POLISH DEATH CAMPS,,I don't recall the Polish People running a Death Camp.

But if Obama says it it must be true.

But I recall the Nazis ran those things.

Sorry but to inform you that Poland just declared war on Obama.

Or was that us.

Stay tuned Obama will get this right I am sure.

Don't really know what that means.  You copy and paste some BS article about how the Supreme Court is on the attack against Obama.  That just does not happen!  Fortunately in our country we have some separation of power and it is productive to have differences of opinion.

Don't assume I am a big O supporter, but you birthers and believers of such crap will not help us move our country forward.  Some people cruise the net for anything to support their biased view.  Go for it, but do not think it is productive.  Go over and have some tea with your Tea Party buddies.  We now have a dysfunctional Congess that cannot make any progress to moving our country forward.  Sad.

where to begin? the supreme court IS at odds with Obama, not that it can do anything about it, the court decides the law, constituitional or not. that's thier job they don't enforce laws, just interpret them.

we have seperation of powers but Obama is looking to bypass congress at every turn. just look at the power layered upon the EPA (answerable ONLY to the prez)

I'm not a birther, at this point it doesn't matter Nov is almost here. Biased view? where do you get your news?  Evil

"forward" is a progressive code word, kinda tipped yer hand bro..... coolsmiley

congress? the house passed a jobs bill that had W-I-D-E bi-partisan support, well over 400 votes.
it died in the senate.  the do nothing congree indeed.

I believe people should thoroughly research each candidate and find out where he stands on the issues and then decide.
Please share with me the methods and sources for the research you use to make your decision.

Okay, I see what you mean now.

However, I'm not sure how that makes a difference. No legislation is going to satisfy everyone. That's just kinda the way it is. You certainly have the option of leaving the US. No one is keeping you here over nationalized Romneycare. I have a few laws I'm not fond of either but I get on with my life.

Besides which a lot of the bitching and moaning I hear about it is just cranky people who don't like being told that they have to do ANYTHING. I'm sure they were the same ones who complained to their parents about eating their green beans. The fact that they're already already paying more than they should for health care due to a deeply flawed system doesn't matter to them. "They made a LAW and I'm gonna bitch about it!"  tickedoff

Ironically many of these people are the same ones who'll say "there out to be a law!" when it pertains to the tolerance of something they don't approve of *coughGAYMARRIAGEcough*

And again, Republicans had their own shot at fixing the system but were too busy putting the pedal to the metal on the war machine. Next time pay attention.

I don't see it that way. I think state's rights are overrated.
