Well Dalen I got a lucky break and caught a local job,
got done at 15:00. Changed clothes, jumped in the cage, and Bingo at Paola at 18:40.
Even beat the bikes back!
Had a great meal at an awesome location,
Dave and Pam have a "to die for place", and a very good time was had around the fire.
Jumped back in the cage at 23:40 and home at 01:50 (hence the cage ride).

It finally worked out for me!
I didn't get to ride
but getting to visit with friends and in a very peaceful location ,with food to boot,
was worth the six hours and 330 miles of cage time.
I just feel bad for those who missed out!
Glad you had a safe and enjoyable ride as well!
