Americade additional vendors

For those of you attending americade and like to shop, may I suggest a short trip north to warrensburg?
They set up vendors in the village and in addition they have expanded to the local fair grounds also.
To get to the village, just head north on rt 9 out of Lake George. When you hit the south end of Warrensburg, take a right at the first light to hit the fair grounds.
Always good shopping up there, and sometimes better prices than in lake george.
In addition, My loving wife has found out that there are still rooms available in Lake George Village to be had. Apparently there have been some cancelations opening up some hotels. So, apparently if you find that you have time to come up, you most likely will be able to get a room.
Personally going to be staying at the Doray hotel, going to check it out tomorrow, it looks like a flash back from the 50's.
