Bought a led licence plate frame from Chromeglow.com.

Being an electrical dunce I wanted to ask a question about it once I received it.

I tried contacting them via email and voice mail. No response.

I ended up calling the manufacturer directly - Signal Dynamics

Immediate contact with a human being both times I called.  cooldude
 
It's almost getting to be that you have to try to contact a company BEFORE buying so you can determine their after purchase service.

I agree Paul. For me the service I get before and after I buy a product determines whether or not I do business with you again. Oft times more so than product quality.

Some companies just don't give a damn.  Or, in most cases, hired some nitwit that doesn't...
