   Spoke to Dr. Hundley on Wednesday, He informed me that there would be no cans or tubs opened for our bbq...the ladies have got porkbutts and they will be cooked and hand pulled ,along with all the fixens you could want . For those who may not be into the pulled pork bbq there will be hotdogs as well .
   Told me that they are excited to cater us and are really looking forward to showing us some coalfield hospitality . Smiley

well, uh I know that different places have different cuisine, but this must be truly unusual.
We don't eat ladies here, no matter what their butts look like.

   Common to put "porkbutts" in the cooker for several hours until the meat falls off the bone here .

Lookin' forward to it Ron....I just got back home from going out to eat with folks from Alabama , Indiana and Michigan that have rode into my hometown to make the ride with me in the morning....Weather is lookin' SWEET  cooldude
