Stock? No. They are just turn signals.

Can't have orange running lights in the rear.

Just had mine off. They are two wire with 1156 bulbs (single element)

I goes one could order another set of the front signal and use them in the back. You could grab running power from the license plate light wire.

You can also get a controller which converts single filament rear 1156s into run-turn-brake lights.

Multiple controllers exist, and get wired in around the right side cover; they are small.

Then you must get red lenses for the rear signals, or paint the inside of your yellow ones red with candy apple Testor's paint. Rear running lights must be red, not yellow. Rear signals may be red (or yellow).

another option is clear lenses and red bulb or wait around there is a guy on fleabay that lists off and on, he sells red lenses. i thing they are old sportster lenses that are shaved around the lip to fit our sockets.

Pinwall normally has front signals for sale at $25 for the pair. They have the 1157 sockets. I painted my orange lenses with the candy apple translucent testors paint. Bought the paint at a local hobby store. You need to paint the inside of the lenses using light coats. I painted them till they matched the brake/tail light lens. So far so good and using the Hoppy convertor. I remember having to pull an extra wire or two to the rear light assembly. That was over a year ago.

Just links to controllers, not best prices.  Find the part you want, then try Amazon for best price.

I have a controller on the IS supervalk with OE tourer taillight.  Three run-turn-brake lites, with a much brighter LED array to replace the 1157 dual filament in the tail, but just plain 1156s in the signals which aren't bad (I don't do led signals, anymore).

Scroll down.  (option A, not B)  http://www.cruisermagic2.com/main/radiantz.htm

I think these guys made a cheaper one with less leds, but still bright but can't find it.
http://www.customdynamics.com/index.htm

Add a lighted plate frame for an added strip of brake light (only) leds (and two-circuit leds can be run-brake).

Light strip on the bottom, not top (right under the license plate light).

I took out the single element sockets in the rear and JB Welded some replacement sockets from autozone in their place and wired the running lights in by taking power from lis. plate light. Have to make sure you get a good ground too. Also used 3496 bulbs to increase the brightness of the turn signals. The sockets were about two bucks each.

I use the Kisan SignalMinder module to replace the stock turn signal module on my Interstate. Not only does it make forgetting to turn off my turn signals a thing of the past, it allows me to convert my rear turn signals into running lights. I spray painted the amber lenses with Testor's model-builders candy apple red translucent spray paint, and you can't tell they weren't originally red. Additionally, adding Kisan's VectraLights to the module (plug and play) gives me another set of turn signals and running lights on my mirrors for more visibility.
