Rode to the south holston dam in bristol today. Very cool place. On the way up we stopped
at the store with the 302 cubic inch riding mower. The triumph thunderbird went down on the
right side. He tried to exit the parking lot on a hill on the asphault and had to stop. Leg would
not reach the ground. He fell hard. Front break lever curled up but didn't break. It held the bike
up. Amazingly the only damage was the front break lever-rear break lever rubber end tore off
and a small scratch on the end of exhaust pipe and a couple scratches on the edge of the
windshield. We expected it to be tore up pretty bad. Grady must be living right. On the way back
on the B.R.P. toward blowing rock mother nature turned on the a.c. for us at least 20 degree cooler.
Couldn't ask for a better day!
