Hello
I have just got a 1999 Interstate it runs superbly but every now and then speedo stops working as does radio and tacho has not worked since i had it anybody help me please

Check the multi pin connectors.... sometimes they get loose....... I cant remember "zactly where they are.....

Is it the radio as a whole or just the display? If just the display, you might want to check the connector behind the dash cluster - mine was loose when I bought my bike and it caused some intermittent issues (mostly the trip meters resetting themselves), but after snapping it in completely those were resolved.
It's on the right-ish side of the cluster, if you pull the right speaker housing off you can reach into the fairing and make sure it's secure.

There's a big orange or red connector under the battery box that has been known to cause issues such as you're experiencing.
There was a thread about it here a few months ago.
