Looks like I might be camping for a night, or two, before motel-ing it at ground zero.

Just curious where any other Inzane attendee's may be camping or at least any known suggested camp areas?

Feedback appreciated!  Smiley

I was looking at camping too but I will have been on the road for about 2-3 weeks so i got a room
at the village inn just to R&R on the way back to FL. I looked up Kettle camp ground and it looks ok
$ 16-20 a night. Hope that helps. Smiley

Gary,

A campground was recommended to us and Motomama spoke with the proprietor.  They agreed to set aside an area so all the InZane campers would be together.

The campground is called Wanderlust RV Park.  They have accommodations for all types of camping, whether it be a tent or fifth wheel.  Their contact number is 800-253-7385.

Another option is Lake Leatherwood City Park, just a few miles west of Ground Zero.  They have utilities and a bathhouse, but mainly lots of shady open space for group camping.  They also have a few housekeeping cabins if anyone wants a roof.  LL is a very beautiful and peaceful place.  Of course on the weekend before, it will host a couple thousand mountain bikers for the Eureka Springs Fat Tire Festival.

Another option, and very nice, is the Campground at Beaver Lake.  I believe it is a COE park.  Great views...

i'm hoping to finish my custom toy-hauler teardrop sized camper in time for inzane. there seems to be a ton of campgrounds in the area. any one in particular that most valk riders will be? being a teardropper i would need one with available bath/shower facilities. Roll Eyes
plan on leaving Wed. the 25th. & stay through Sun. the 29th. (lil tough to take off work an entire week)

oh yeah.....i'm coming from South Louisiana area and bringing approx. 40lbs. of La. Boudin, so any travelers wishing to wagon train, i'd love to travel with ya. (trailering my lady, but will ride to inzane & the surrounding areas that weekend)

checked out a campground reviews website and Wanderlust is rated highest out of them all according to reviews of people who stayed there. Kettle campground had a very low rating according to campers reviews. SIght unseen i think Wanderlust is the place I'll be camping.
