Beautiful east Tennessee ( GOD'S Country )

« on: May 30, 2009, 08:21:04 PM »

Crazyhorse could not have done a better job in picking the location or  weather for today's Tennessee Ride In. We had a great group of riders on the way down Bob ( bverqeer ) it was nice meeting you and I hope you come join us again on some rides. We took the twisties of Hwy.30 from I-75 all the way to Fall Creek Falls State Park great piece of asphalt with some outstanding curves. Photo below is Fall Creek Falls.

As stated above the weather was perfect today and the smells you only get on a bike was in full bloom.

When we started back home Mark ( vaulk57 ) from Indianapolis, Indiana claimed he had never been to Deals Gap or rode The Dragon well thats all we needed to hear...Dragon Time...The cops was everywhere and passin' out tickets like M&M's. Check out what we saw on the way up . When he pulled out he did one of the best burn outs I've saw in awhile. Wild machine.

Angie and I along with her parents came up to Fall Creek Falls, but were under a time constraint and only had time to get a couple of pics of the falls. We got there around 2 pm. I was hoping to run up on some of you, but due to having to get back to the In-laws house for dinner with the family we didn't have much time to look for you. I hate that we missed seeing you guys. Maybe next time.
As Joe said, it was a beautiful location and perfect weather for riding. We have already started making plans to go back with some time to spend in the area.

I passed you all on the dragon.  I was headed north.  I blew the horn but youall were  concentrating.
I saw newlywed Tom at Shady Valley store on Sunday.  He got his backer set.
