Dragoon has returned by unpopular demand. It has been a while. I tried to log in yesterday but my account had been deleted. So, just to fill in the gaps, it has been a strange two years since I last posted.
Two years ago I had my Valk towed to my Indy. He found the lower block cracked and , thinking he was doing me a favor, called my insurance and they wrote it off. I have been looking for a Valk ever since.
Then, a year ago tomorrow, my brother dropped dead on his 50th birthday. Two days later I was in an industrial accident that tore three vertebrae apart, leaving me immobile. I saw at least 5 specialists based on the insurance companies recommendations. It was a full six months of them trying everything under the sun to get me fixed when finally they gave in to my doctors urging for a complete 360 back operation. The caveat from the insurance was that iy must be done in one operation. Normally they go in threw thr front first, then three months later do the back. Nope, I has both done in one 11 hour operation. I am now bionic with full suspension in my new titanium back.
I bought out my partners in BikerBuddy and have seen great success as a result. We bought the gonzo harness line, even though he still make them. There is no substitute for his talents and quality.
DSG has been selling mobile apps for events and I asked the developers to put one together for BikerBuddy, called BikerQuest, that would list events, destinations and plain old great rides to take. They did and it was a great success so they decided to create a new platform, myriderapps , that is specifically tailored to the MC world. Now OEMs, forums, clubs and bike Bussinesses can have a personal app for about $2000.00. An unheard of price in this market. It has great functionalities that allow the user to do so many MC related functions that it truly replaces up to 4 different apps. Check it out at

I built a really nice bobber for my trade shows but have no signed a deal with Screaming Banchee to produce another product. The Screaming Banchee is a system where by when you hit the horn, after a selectable amount of time ( .25 of a second by default) it also flashes the high beam. It's a great systems, so we put it together with a modulator and now we have the P1 Screamer. This allows a rider the use of thier modulator on low beam and when you hit the horn, it whales out a lot do sound and flashes the high beam at a different rate. The ultimate safety device... All this while I was bedridden recovering from my recent surgery.
I am now back on two wheels and loving it. I went looking for another Valk and found an ad for a 99 tourer with only 16k miles on it. They wanted $6500 for it so I went into warp drive to get down there. I looked it over and was sure it had to be 116k miles, maybe 216k. I told the sale manager that this could not possibly have 16 k on it. HE assured me I was wrong. So I said I will take it but wanted to see the service paperwork. He would not produce them so I actually reported them for false advertising. They got a nice fine and the bike was resisted with 216k mile on it.
Well, that's it really. I will check in frequently now that I am up and about. Don't forget that forum members get special prices at bikerbuddy so email me if you need something and I will let you know of the cost.
Cheers
