Well after healing 10 weeks or so I took the new interstate out for a short ride. I had not ridden the bike yet I sat on it a lot but did not trust myself to ride it yet. I had a friend test ride and ride it 300 miles home. That was in May so it has been hard walking past it but no more. I had sold the Mustang seat that came with it and ordered a Ultimate set for it and that is back ordered. Luckily I still have my solo seat from my wrecked Tourer so I squeezed that  on it fits but tight and got 20 or so miles. Felt great but that was about as far as I could go. The interstate does ride a bit different but got used to it quickly. Love the bike and look forward to getting back to riding daily.  Not much of a ride report but it was a big day for me and I sure was grinning when I pulled out of the driveway.

In the old Gene Autry song:"Back in the saddle again".
And in the words of Roy Rodgers:"Happy trails".

We are going to be up in your neck of the woods soon,...we should share a few roads and tell a few lies.

Good for you Phil

Good for you, that first ride after an incident is a breath of fresh air...
