I recieved the following email from St. Baldricks and before I replied I wanted to make sure the VRCC didn't have a policy agin it. If you don't want to reply on the board, please email or private message me. I'll also check with our state rep. Thanks.

Hi William and Joe,
My name is Sara McCarthy and I am the Marketing and Communications Intern for St. Baldrick’s Foundation. I am working on a project with our public relations company, Fleishman-Hillard, regarding stories to be sent to various trade publications in the United States. We are hoping to highlight the commitment of various trades to the mission of St. Baldrick’s. This year, the men and women at the Berkley Front event demonstrated their dedication to the mission and children of St. Baldrick’s by putting on an outstanding event. Without your support, our work would be impossible; which is why we want to pay special recognition to your men and women. Our team at Fleishman-Hillard has asked me to secure some high-resolution photos of your event that can be sent out with the pitches, including any pictures you might have of the Michigan VRCC Rogue Riders team. Once I receive this, I will be able to work on having the pitch sent out to selected trade publications. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of assistance. Thank you for your time and thank you for being a hero to kids with cancer.

I see no problem with the request.
Do work with your state rep. You all did put on a fine event.
