It would be awesome if Honda were to resurrect The valk today.  Fuel injected, 8 valve all sorts of things could be done.  But keep the spirit of the bike, like the Mustang and Camaros of today.

Very interesting, I didn't know that there were Valkyries made in 02/03. Interesting that there are only 40 Purple and White 97 Standards like mine in Canada Grin.

There may be more, depending on your VIN.  When the Valkyries were in production, Honda made the various colors in lots of 20, i.e. 20 black ones, 20 purple and white ones, etc.  The only 97 Standard Canadian VINs (1HFSC342) I have in the database are 000120 and 000316.  So given that those are more than 20 apart, I could only conclude for sure that 2 lots of 20 were made.   I always had a tough time getting Canadians to share their VINs.

If you want another, there's a purple and white on sale here in Arlington.

I can always use VINs.  Databasing them is what enabled me to write the VIN article on Dag's site - it helps the cause.  If you'd rather not post your info for all to see, send me a PM.  The minimum needed is the full VIN and color.   Optional (but still helpful) is the engine number and other particulars you would care to share.

Thanks

I'd buy one one in a heart beat!

I'll have to check when I get home and msg you the full VIN, but I am 99.9% sure it ends in 106.
