Here you go folks. I am no authority on old bikes, just know what I would like to take for a ride, so lets start with that one.

gotta like the sixers!  cooldude

Some slower looking bikes but still very nice.

Would like to take this out for a spin.  cooldude

Wasn't this the bike from the old "you meet the nicest people on a Honda" commercial?

This one looks FAST! but om,  ???

 Undecided Grin

The name on this one don't sound Asian.

Well that's it. the bikes were cool, the hot dogs were burnt and the pop was cold. Glad I stopped by.  cooldude

Next time I think I'll walk the Valk past the cones and park.

Heiki Mikkola on the Maico.

That is where I came from.

Motocross was king in my play land.

Don't see many 2 cycles today. If somebody was inventing a 2 cycle today and explaining how it would work I would tell them "no way in h---, that could work" Rod bearings etc would not last 15 minutes. I would be wrong, again.

I just love old bikes.
It sort of puts our Valks in perspective and even Valks are now considered "old tech".

I know that I'm a Harley guy, but I sure enjoyed seeing old bikes that weren't all Harleys.  Especially that 2-stroke 125 Honda (BEFORE they were 4-strokes).  Also that pre-Dream before the more common Dreams of the 1960's.  Thank you.

Always love looking at the bikes from my youth.  Especially diggin' that Yamaha XS650 street tracker.  Had a '75 XS650 back in the day.

Thanks for the pics.   cooldude

To me there are no "bad bikes" just those that failed to live up to expectations. When I left the show there were two guys checking out my Valk, chatted for a while and filled them in on the particulars of the bike. To me this bike is, and was an instant classic! cooldude
