I joined that salvage website club.I found a wrecked valkyrie in florida, but will probably be able to find one here.I am looking for one that is cheap and only has front fork damage.i can replace trees if not in too bad shape.i would think any wrecked valk shouldnt be too expensive.my intention is to build a full custom out of it.My green and black tourer i was going to, but i am leaving it alone.Do you all know if the warlock wheels in j and p catalogue for a 1800 vtx will work on a valkyrie.I am thinking the front one might.

looks like a great deal on an intact 98 valk in katy for $ 2,500 on houston craig list. its been garaged ,no rust!

It was a '98 Tourer, 47K miles, one owner.  It ain't there any more.

Yeah, gonna take some work. Carbs, throttle & choke cables near stuck, clutch M-cylinder rebuild, tires. Something to work on as time & $ permits.

PO had RA, two knee operations, unable to even climb aboard since '08. Just been sitting. At least, no rust in the fuel tank...
