Our little one, Chi Chi, 8 lbs of energy, she is 2 1/2 years old. Funny thing for a chihuahua, she likes every body, does not even growl at strangers, Rare in that breed. Only thing she barks at are Black snakes and lizards. Loves to ride, Ask her want to go Bye Bye, she bolts out the door and runs between the car and the truck until she sees which one we are taking.

Here's the 14+ year old border collie "Lady" I inherited when my grandfather passed away 2 1/2 years ago.

My little 12 year old terrier mix "Psycho" (yes the name fits him well).  Raised him from a pup and he is my little buddy that loves to go for a ride in the convertible.  Best pic I have of him right now from Christmas a couple years ago when he got a new chew toy to tear apart.

Casey, aka "Einstein"

Casey likes to wear hats, Doggles, and runs on a treadmill all by himself for a half and hour a day to stay in shape.

He appeared in the movie "The Golden Bone" as both the limo driver and the treadmill dog. The movie was filmed as a fundraiser (and did very well) and featured incredible footage of local Bitterroot Valley Montana scenery. A great children's movie still available:

Here's one of my best friends, Jade. She was a small lost, hungry puppy when she was rescued and found her way to us around 11 years ago.

She's incredibly smart and has been a wonderful friend to us. She's had the run of the yard (2 acres) and house for all of her years and stays in the yard because she knows she's supposed to. She gets upset whenever we start packing suitcases. She goes out to check my truck when I come home from hunting to see if there are any deer in the back. And she greets everyone that comes in the door with a weird kind of mumbling, growl, bark and gets mad if you don't say hi to her in return. And, she's getting old too fast.  :'(

This is Kiwi.  I adopted her from the rescue league in 2007.  She's got a great personality, but a whip of a tail.  Lab/boxer (?) mix.  She likes to snuggle with mom, and lay her head on my pillow when I'm not in bed.  Thunderstorms and fireworks scare her though.

This is Kiwi with her BFF Hermione (my girlfriend's dog).  Mione is a yellow lab that my GF saved from her previous owner (an ex boyfriend) who didn't care for her very well at all.  She's great with my GF's nieces - very gentle and patient.

They get along better than any 2 people I've known, and I dread the day one of them has to cross the bridge because the other will be so lost.  Sad

Our Tsi-TPoo Roxie just passed away Saturday morning. Very sad day for my gal, my two boys and I. She was such a sweety and a definite member of the family. My gal Jayne has a white timber wolf, Cody, he's fourteen and in bad shape. I guess we'll be losing him soon, too.

PeeJay with his cow.  I stole, I mean saved, him from a neglectful family in a FEMA trailer park six years ago this coming Halloween.  Vet estimated he was born in July that year.  We celebrate his bday on the day I saved him.
