I grew up in SoCal, I was so naïve I thought SoCal was sunny and warm. Well it turns out in SoCal we don’t know S&%t about warm. Take a look at this comparison... Same day, so different.

Look at the extended forcast. OMG! Dudes? What the Hell????

And I specifically asked somebody last year "Arkansas, won't that be hot?"...  and that somebody said: "don't worry about it, it's is the mountains"

Mountains? Really? I think somebody was on drugs or was blowing smoke up my wazoo!

WTF?  tickedoff

Look at it this way... If the heat is just too much for your old bones, you can take a short ride to the Geriatric Disney World at Branson, Missouri. I'm pretty sure the retirement homes, er, I mean entertainment venues there are all air conditioned...  Evil

(Yes, I'm jealous as hell of those that are able to go. Does it show? Ya'll have a good time!)

InZane is in a wet county.  I think we will be fine.  Cold beer after a hot day is mighty fine. Also, hoping everyone's a/c is working in the rooms.  I need my afternoon naps.  Smiley

Plan your rides early.  It won't heat up til afternoon.  uglystupid2

The extended forecast calls for a cool-down. After Sunday, the highs should only be in the mid-90's with low 70's at night.

Thing is, it's hot throughout the continental US this summer... except maybe that NW corner...

Which is why I'm caging it.  I've learned from past experience that I cannot ride safely in temperatures over 100 degrees.  Missing Inzane was not an option, so ..........

Be safe!
