apparently none of these 194 things benifitted anything in AMERICA.....China makes more Crap, Mexico has less poor people living in thier own country.  Countries in South America are drilling for oil because we gave them start up money and sent oil rigs their way while our oil reserves are being tapped by many others just NOT US.  All Obummer has excelled at is multiplying the debt to figures never seen before and growing the government.......in fact government jobs are the only jobs he has created, like hundreds of assistants to pick out Michelles ugly outfits and thousands of new IRS agants to make sure he gets every dime hes trying to wring out of the economy he has on the ropes already
