Many years ago I lived in Taiwan. both down Island in Gaoshuing, and up Island in Taipei. Great place and great people. I drove a Lincoln Continental, the one with the slanted headlights and looked like the Batmobile. I T boned a DatsunBluebird taxi that came screaming out of an alley way directly in front of me. Drove the driver door halfway through the cab and knocked him about 30 ft. This happened directly in front of the China News Service, and I had excellent witnesses. The Big Connie suffered very little damage, and I drove it home. Usually under their laws you are a certain percent to blame in any accident by just being there. Their ligic is if you werent there you wouldnt have been envolved. Due to my excellent witnesses I scated on that one. Formosa was a great ally to the US, and we kowtowed to china and threw them under the buss. I am still pissed about that one. Oh another thing, was many very striking Eurasian ladies there, semi tropical with georgus beaches. They were wizardw with Teakwood, from Yachts to furniture. I still have some of the furniture I had custom maid while I was there. Unfortunately the Continental is long gone, wish I still had it.

It looked to me like the Ambulance was on another call.
That is standard procedure, if you are enroute to another call you do not stop.
