I just got an email that said that in the affordable healtcare bill (Obama Care) there is a provision that states that every American will be impanted with a micro chip in 2013.  I tried to confirm this, but I cant seem to find it.  Anyone out there heard this before, know anything?  I would certainley LOVE to hear its a right wing hoax of some sort.......but the email I recieved was compelling

Now.....I know very little it seems (depending on who you ask) But, I know this...there will be no micro chip inserted anywhere on my body so long as I am still alive!

I know there are millions of people (fine Americans) that will line up and get injected if that day arrives........I have decided no matter the consequenses for NOT comlpying....I will not submit to that.....

What say YOU?

Well, I sure hope so....

Microchiping included in Healthcare Bill ?
Submitted by celeste on Sun, 08/30/2009 - 12:27
in Current Events

"Buried deep within the over 1,000 pages of the massive US Health Care Bill (PDF) in a “non-discussed” section titled: Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521— National Medical Device Registry, and which states its purpose as:

“The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that—‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and ‘‘(B) is a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.”

In “real world speak”, according to this report, this new law, when fully implemented, provides the framework for making the United States the first Nation in the World to require each and every one of its citizens to have implanted in them a radio-frequency identification (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling who is, or isn’t, allowed medical care in their country.

Haven't heard anything about it. Be careful when it comes to emails like this 99.9% are absolute BS intended to get stupid people riled up about nothing. But if it ever came to pass, they can do what they want with my dead carcass but they ain't touching it so long as I'm still in it.

The FDA actually has white paper policy letters on microchipping people and I think it dates back to 2008. The insertion point would be the saddle of skin between your forefinger and thumb. I have a link somewhere but I gotta find it.

And I agree, no one is gonna stick a microchip in me, or my family.

When I find this I'll post it.

I'm as anti-do-stuff-to-me-without-asking as anyone.. I promise, but the wording in the text you quoted is misleading (go figure); see below and if you believe I've interpreted it incorrectly just say so.

“The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) database to facilitate analysis study of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device what a device does that—‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and ‘‘(B) is a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.”

In “real world speak”, according to this report, this new law, when fully implemented, provides the framework for making the United States the first Nation in the World to require each and every one of its citizens to have implanted in them a radio-frequency identification (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling who is, or isn’t, allowed medical care in their country. a law that says someone will track what some medical devices do.

This is what I had...more technical than anything but I think it's been FDA approved.

It is for patiant identification.

It is to store records of that patiant.

It does not have to meet preperformance testing procedures.

Mark of the Beast. It is here.

You are right not to accept this in your person.

These little chips can hold a lifetime of info, I have one in several devices I use.

It is amazing what they record about your travels and behavior.

It is not new.

It will bring in the new age of big brother and historically, the end of this age. Bibilically this is what the 666 movement will use.

Not a tattoo, a sly little chip. Or you don't get your surgery, your groceries, it is also inevitable. God has already spoken of this time.

It is coming no matter what any of us do.

But you don't have to accept it is the personal choice you must make or you are lost forever.

No help ever for you ever, or anyone who takes it in their person.

Sorry just the way it is.

You are now warned,,

As the xray shows.

1st in the hand,

If you cut off the hand or lose it.

In the forehead it goes.

Learned this in Church and Sunday School long ago.

Never thought in a million years I would see it in my lifetime in the United States.

Sad

It is coming get ready.

But sorry I won't be here to exp. it, I have a ticket already bought and paid for by another man.

In the blink of an eye.

Changed.

OK Y'ALL.....

Take yer knickers outta their knots.......

This is on reporting data on devices that have been implanted into patients... such as pace makers, artificial knees, hips , elbow, screws, plates , Heart valves, etc...... Any thing that is permanently or temporarily implanted into a patient

Hospitals have been reporting to agencies such as the AMA- American Medical Association, insurance agencies, The FDA, and other public and private agencies to insure that they we tracked, implanted, and used properly. Also to show what the outcome of the device had on the health of the patient.. this has been going on for YEARS.....

This information is collected so that if there is a problem with a device, it can be recalled and teh public notified and the maker of that device can take the proper steps...

What this is calling for is a central agency to collect and collate all teh data from all the sources to help protect patients from devices that should not be used or used in certain operations they are not meant for.......

This actually was going on years ago and the goal was to get it all in once place...

How do I know you ask?????

I was the Manager of one of the largest surgical centers in Michigan and The USA fro 5 years....

I bought all these devices and was on several committees on how to implement getting this info to the right people...... and so we would also benefit if there was info on a device that we needed to know about.....

Lastly......

Do you think that a country that flips out about a national ID  would sit still for something as this??????

Let alone representatives in Washington that would let that in if they wanted to get reelected?????

C'mon.... lets have some sense.....

Oh wait, is that a Black Helicopter outside the window?!?!??!?!?!?!

Never mind!  I gotta go!

FYI.. here are the main people responsible for coming up with the Affordable Health Care Act...

Senators Max Baucus (D-Montana), Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), Kent Conrad (D-North Dakota), Olympia Snowe (R-Maine), Jeff Bingaman (D-New Mexico), and Mike Enzi (R-Wyoming), met for more than 60 hours, and the principles that they discussed became the foundation of the Senate's health care reform bill.[127] The meetings were held in public and broadcast by C-SPAN and can be seen on the C-SPAN web site[128] or at the Committee's own web site.[

+1 to what he says.  It's not about implanting you with a microchip that stores anything at all.

I actually think that there's a law in the US that prevents someone from being able to implant a device in their body that stores information, but can't find anything about it right now.  Anyone?

I do not know the rest of the people you speak of but D Max Baucus from MT I do not believe can be trusted . I live here in this great state and he has been talking out of both sides of his mouth for 30 years.

wonder if all the illegals will get one too?
seems like a great way to track voter registration.

I have a 9mm chip to exchange for the one being  (attempted to be) inserted in me.

Sadly, very sadly, it will likely happen. Those who embrace it will be parents who don't want their kids abducted and children who want to keep track of alzhiemer parents. The "good feeling" about that will overcome the objections of those of us who care about our rights. Within the next generation, in my opinion.
Then the old guard Americans will be to few and to ineffective to stop it.

They have been around for a while....

But like anything , the Hospitals have to have the scanners for them to work and not many jumped on the bandwagon..... ANd then nobody bought them....  And the a couple of states passed laws against chipping against your will....

So there might be a few out there m but i kinda died a couple of years ago...  the tech has been around for several years.... couple of articles... there are more, but its kinda dead....

http://www.ama-assn.org/amednews/2006/04/24/bisb0424.htm

http://ducknetweb.blogspot.com/2010/07/medical-records-implant-has-died.html

Its pretty much over.... the trend now is to have a medical alert bracelet with a chip or flash drive with your info in it..... or a card in your wallet....

http://www.phc-online.com/Medical_Alert_Bracelet_p/care-memory-band.htm

http://www.smartcardsource.com/health.html

So there are options for people out there to use them......

I have all mine on a flash drive in my briefcase..... and in a file on my smart phone with a note on the ICE number on my phone to tell them it is there..... I feel that if Im in an accident.. I don't want them trying and waiting to get my info and holding up treatment... not that Im allergic or anything, but time saves lives..... It also has care instruction and a copy of my living will ( with DNR for certain cases)...... and organ donor on my Drivers License........

Its a digital age and you can either go with it... or get lost in it.. your choice....

No knickers in a wad-i go to church read the bible and try to understand. THIS IS the mark of the beast we are talking about here. DO NOT take my word for this. Read for yourselves. It's called The Holy Bible.  I just hope and pray my children are smart enough to NOT have this done to themselves or my grandkids. They WILL NOT do this to me-EVER. RIDE SAFE.
