I need to know what direction COLR, FR. WHEEL SIDE 44311-MM8-000 One side has a larger diameter, do that side go towards the wheel or towards the fork?

Pulled the tire again, and now I can not remember the direction...

The larger side goes toward the fork.  The smaller size should fit into the dust seal on the wheel.
