LOL!  I got that same one too.  So I filled out the response which turned out to be a plea for money.  I left the credit card info blank and did not select an amount, you can check other and put any amount I selected other and put $0 and submitted it.

In a few minutes I got a thank you and the option to put a personal message on the birthday card.

I said:  "Happy Birthday and I sincerely hope its the last one as President" 

and my name and location. 

That would be great if it actually gets on his card

yep, he's doing what he does best, spending other people's money.  he's blasted through $100 Muh-Illion dollars since mid-may and it ain't working.

the polls have been skewed by over sampling Dems and such. they are doing their dead level best to try and keep conservatives out of the voting booth. Not working....
